Right click and add this page to my favorites with selected folder

When I right-click on my favorites' folder (which is below the address bar) and click this page to favorites, that's means I will add this page in this folder, not a recently used one.

this behavior is normal in other browsers, I don't why the edge just doesn't have it, and I had reported many times before in windows feedback.
