"Restore window" should be renamed to "Reopen closed window"

Small issue but worth fixing: "Restore window" should be renamed to "Reopen closed window". For tabs, it's named "Reopen closed tab", and they both have the same keyboard shortcut, so it doesn't make sense that it switches to "Restore window" when a window was closed. Also, the word "Restore" is confusing and unclear because the function and tooltip for a maximized window is called "Restore Down". "Restore" is not the correct word for both...
