The absence of renaming is a serious flaw. I have 2 apps, both named "github" by force. One goes to public Github, the other to my company's enterprise instance. The same can be said for a number of other PWA apps. I have to take care to place them physically on different monitors to avoid confusion.

Just wait until due to some framework change Windows duplicates all PWA apps and you have to repin them because the old ones fail to start up and you have no idea which instance you are pinning or uninstalling from the Settings app. This limitation has been there since 2020 and still no solution. There are dozens of issues like so that would make anyone fail in a high school exam when handing in a software for evaluation, and yet they exist unaddressed for over a decade in Windows production version.
