Reporting a Problem or Bug with MS Edge and/or MS Windows

All the Allowed Sites I had previously entered (Cookies and site permissions/Cookies and data stored/Manage and delete cookies and site data/Allow) have disappeared.  I re-entered about a 6 or more a couple hours ago, have not rebooted my computer since, and they have disappeared again!  I was tipped off this was a problem because for the last couple days I've been getting a lot of verification steps on sites I visit frequently and didn't get those steps before.  I have a screen shot but do not have permission to upload images.

Please help!!!
