Removing email account after faulty configuration

Hi there

I recently set up my email account on Outlook, on a new laptop. Due to the nature of the configuration, or even faulty configuration on my part, the account could not be created. After several circular attempts and troubleshooting, the message reads that I should select "Remove from this device" and re-add, with steps provided. The problem is, I can't even access Outlook to follow these steps.

Any advice?
