Remove original Edge

I've been using Edge Dev since it became available. Original Edge is still on my computer. How do I remove the original Edge so that I can just have the new Edge that I've been using and have tailored to my current situation?

    it's not possible to remove Edge which is a preinstalled UWP app inside Windows 10.

    And I'm not saying that if you search for "remove Edge UWP using powershell" in Google you will find 3rd party scripts/tools that let you do that. because that will be risky and whatever happens will be on you so i would create a restore point before attempting to do anything like that 🙂

    but you can install Edge stable from www.microsoft.com/edge and it will automatically replace the legacy Edge for you ^^
