Rememberig and suggesting password

For some websides I use for, Edge is either not suggesting a strong password or getting the stored password when try to login. 

Should this be resolved for each webside by microsoft? Other browsers dont have the issue (thus I have switched back to them), so I assume it is nothing to do with the web server admin of the webside.
