I concur. I was using this feature to get my work done. It has been very restricted ever since. I need that space on my desktop to stay in my notes/todos while I open and close other programs to use that information. It has really slowed me down at my job and caused me to get in trouble for not finishing tasks without going overtime. Please bring it back. I really need it.
