References to DOM from WebAssembly

It'd be super nice to work with DOM and JS objects directly from WebAssembly. Is this of any priority with Edge team?

 

It would certainly change the web landscape a TON. It'd signify a new era of web development, where entire UI frameworks and libraries can be written entirely in other languages, without the requirement of JavaScript glue code, and with speed.
