Recover data from a removed/banned extension

Hi there,

 

I've been using an extension called "Infinite Dashboard", this extension had a simple "Notes" feature that I used a lot. 

 

Recently Microsoft banned this extension with the following message "This extension contains malware.".

 

I'm wondering if it's somehow possible to recover my notes. Is the data from an extension saved locally ?

 

I found the extension files via C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Extensions\heejkjoaplbcilfmjcnkljgjcpefmoch\3.8.2_0 -- but can't seem to find anywhere where my notes could have been saved to. Is there anywhere else my notes could have potentially been saved to?
