Recent Issues in Edge Canary

Since the last couple of Builds in Edge Canary, I am facing many issues:
- Edge on startup loads a lot of processes for Data Decoder Process, which are shortly killed. On startup, the browser starts about 50 child process even with just NTP.

- Since these builds, the browser loaded with a black screen. Killing the GPU Process through the Task Manager couple of times brought the browser back to life.

- Now in Build .1880, the browser crashes a few seconds after it is opened. 

Please fix these issues as early as possible.
