Read aloud speed control
I frequently use the "Read Aloud" feature. But sometimes I need finer control over the speed. A step higher is too fast and a step low slow. A step of 1.1x and 0.9x is need

- I appreciate the UI aims to simplify usage of this feature, but it is so restrictive that it impacts the usability. Some of the voices have glitches they make a grinding sound when encountering an open bracket '(' If there was a developer mode to access the finer parameters, they'd have people tweaking an ironing out problems for them for free.
- This is exactly what I want too! Would be great if we can have a more granular control over the reading speed for the "Read Aloud" feature
