Still cannot understand why favorite button color is blue

After updating from Legacy to Chromium, favorite site button  changed from yellow to blue i still cannot understand why. can anyone tell me the reason?

of course microsoft design language has changed.

I'm curious why edge was changed similar to Chrome. Chrome has blue icon.

i think yellow is better because it is more consistent with light mode and dark mode.

And it's yellow star is alot friendly
