Dev Flags

Have they disabled flags in Dev? This is what my screen looks like in flags for Dev.... Version 116.0.1938.23 (Official build) dev (64-bit) Dennis5mile

Thanks for reporting this! The feature team is aware of the flags page rendering issue in Dev. A fix should be pushed soon.
