Thanks Cortes! This is super helpful, some follow up questions -
- Does Error 9 happen even after you quit/restart the browser multiple times?
- Does Error 9 still happen after you reinstall Edge Dev?

    Olivia_Zhang Yes, tried multiple times restarting (browser and Mac) but error 9 still there. 

    Yes always happen actually if i want to have the last build i need to reinstall the browser every time new build appears.
