Create shortcut on desktop

when I do that I only get this, no icon, nothing
Tried it in:
Edge insider Canary Version 80.0.327.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
Google Chrome Canary Version 80.0.3962.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
Google Chrome stable Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)
That is a problem, so I opened this thread:

Sometimes he puts an icon and sometimes not.
Me with https://pastebin.com/ if that puts an icon
But with https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Discussions/bd-p/EdgeInsiderDiscussions does not put an icon.

for me pastebin also doesn't have Icons on desktop,
I try with Google chrome Canary and Edge insider canary
Same here, no icons using this method HotCakeX
