Question about volume addons.

Hello, Im usually using a volume addon for FB since the volume doesnt save there. I guess everyone knows how volume addons work that you have to click on the addon to activate it on a specific tab. So I would like to ask if there is a way to somehow make the Edge activate the volume addon automatically after opening a specific website?
