Question about mouse wheel

Mouse wheel can't scroll web pages in the new Edge, but it works well in other browsers and software. There are some information about this.

    1. What type of hardware (device and mouse) are you using?
    2. If you haven't yet, can you please submit in-browser feedback with diagnostic data? (Shift+Alt+I)
