Question about install location for x64

So I am looking for what the Microsoft plan is for the location of completely new installs (and presumably when provided in a OS ISO) of x64 Edge given that Google Chrome has moved to placing these in C:\Program Files\ rather than C:\Program Files (x86)\. I have not been able to find any official information on this.

Any info on this would be useful for planning purposes.
