PWAs crash with invalid code signature on MacOS

Progressive Web Apps such as Twitter crash on startup with an invalid code signature message:

    michaelb46 thanks for reporting this. It is actually a known issue that I thought we fixed before DEV went out, but apparently not 🙂

     

    It should be fixed very soon.
