Problems when Favorites are pinned as side bar on 88.0.689.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

With Favorites pinned as side bar, the tab with focus "vibrates" so it is impossible to view it. This happens on any site visited. Just seemed to start with 698 as it was working without this before.
