Probleme mit dem aktuellen Canary 90.0.793.0
I just posted about this. Saw the same thing and just reinstalled. I'll keep an eye on it as well.
Unfortunately, I rejoiced too soon. These error messages are only displayed in the event viewer and in the reliability history. They are not present in edge://crashes/. I have submitted feedback on this matter, noting that all Edge browsers from Canary to Stable generate the same error. It's possible that it's Windows misdisplays. Let's wait and see what the cause is. I myself am a Windows Insider in the Dev channel.
In a forum there was also a message:
Quote
"This is apparently a bug in the version of Edge Canary 90.0.793.0. Since the error also appears with the portably launched version in the reliability history. Namely on Windows 10 21301.1000 and also on the 19042.804".

Interesting. I only saw the messages related to Canary, but there was an issue with Dev and no messages. After the update to Dev, it would not restart. And, I could not uninstall it until I rebooted.
I am on the the same version of Windows - 19042.804. I installed the cumulative patch today.
So like you, I'll watch this over the coming days.

There seem to be parallels between you and me.
I also got updates via Windows Update about 20 minutes ago and they are as follows:
2021-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version Next for x64 (KB4601049)
and Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next (10.0.21301.1010) (KB5000626).
I have received the latter 3 times so far, but that can happen with Insider Build.
