problem with edge site

I have a problem which is when I enter the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and enter to choose basic education from the laptop the site keeps refresh works non-stop on Microsoft Edge and also Google although I tried to open it from the phone and from another laptop opened and there was no problem is there a solution to this problem? Knowing that the choices of the rest of the site work well as other sites tried to re-install the program and it did not work is there a solution?
