Probabilistic silence when USB Audio chagne Playback Sample Rate

Hi I am Charles , Good day

I used several USB Audio devices (include Samsung S20 inbox headset) to playback sound in Edge , and found out there is Probabilistic silence problem during changing playback sample rate in Edge. (fail rate =1/50)

After refresh Edge , sound become normal.

I have captured the USB Packet , below is the difference between fail and normal cases

This is my steps to duplicate problem.

1. Plug in USB Audio into Notebook

2. Open Edge to watch video

3. Open Sound Panel

4. Change USB Audio Playback Sample Rate

5. fail rate is around 1/50

6. Refresh edge can help abnormal become normal.
