Printing and screenshot failures in Edge Canary (v143.x) despite multiple updates

Edge Canary has become unusable for printing and screenshots across multiple builds this week (v142.x series). The issue persists even after:

• Reinstalling Canary from scratch
• Clearing cache and resetting flags
• Disabling all extensions
• Switching between system and Edge print dialogs

These features work fine in regular Edge
