Sounds like you already found the culprit 😅 Edge Dev can mess with system components sometimes. Short answer: uninstalling Edge Dev fixes it, then reboot and printers start showing up again. Definitely worth reporting it to Microsoft as a bug, nothing wrong with your USB ports or the printers themselves.
