primary & secondary colors in themes mixed up

I am facing exactly the same issue and it is the reason why I have switched back to the Stable build.
One particular thing I noticed is that, the same issue occurs in the Stable build when it is in full screen.
Microsoft needs to work on this ASAP.

the most recent Dev Channel Version 112.0.1722.31 (Official build) Dev(arm64) from today fixed this issue for me.
