Possible bug with copy, cut and paste

Hi I'm experiencing a possible bug within Windows 11 with copying, cutting and pasting. Once these operations have been completed windows explorer constantly restarts. Could this be looked into as it is getting quite annoying now especially when trying to do other tasks.
