Phone Link, do not disturb is enabled, but ignored... Why?!?

How did this get released with this 'Feature', one that's supposed to work, but does not?!

The 'link' app is open and running on my Galaxy S10+, and open on my Lenovo LOQ (3 wks. old)... WTF!
