PDFs are blurry in Chromium Edge compared to the old Edge

I printed a Word Doc using Microsoft to PDF and then viewed the file in (a) Edge Insider version 80.0.328.4 and (b) the old Edge 44.18362.449.0. The old Edge renders the PDF sharp and clear. The Insider version is blurry. Anyone else notice this?
