PDF viewer Edge(dev) vs classic Edge

First of all:

I REALLY love the new Edge dev update:

One feautre I did not know I was missing (coming from Chrome) is the smooth scrolling in the new dev build!

Since the first dev build, I've used Edge insider for all browsing besides PDF viewing, which I used Edge Classic. When this new build came out, I was exicted, due the PDF experience should've got better.

The PDF experience, in my opinion, is a little worse than Classic Edge (but better than Chrome), due the lack of:

Smooth scrolling (found in Classic Edge).

The PDF's can not be written on with a pen (Surface Pro 5 user).

I think this new Edge will get popular. It's great!
