sauravyad500 - Thanks for helping us debug the problem. I was able to repro text movement at a zoom level of 25% with the latest document you shared. We’ll keep you updated when we know more.
I'm facing the same problem since last year. Microsoft Edge Team please look into this matter and patch this issue with an update!
