PDF saving In Edge and Chrome

Hi,

I'm trying to find a solution for the following problem and am not getting anywhere currently, please help:

When I open a PDF doc from a Teams / Sharepoint group, I can add text and draw on it but then I can't save it again. It gives me a save as option to generate a new document but only on my localised "Downloads" area.

I need to be able to amend and save/autosave.

Can anyone offer a solution?
