PDF Save Button Working as Save As?

If I fill in the fields on a PDF and press save it opens file explorer like it's a "save as" button, and then doesn't even save what I typed into the fields. Am I doing something wrong here? Why let ...

The Save Button appears to only save the PDF Form in its unedited form. What you can do instead is use the Print Button, then set the Printer field to Microsoft Print to PDF. This will create a PDF file of the filled out form.
