PDF bookmarks not showing in Edge

I have a PDF document with bookmarks, but when I click the Contents icon I only get the thumbnail version. Chrome has the option to choose either thumbnails or the document's bookmarks.

I've done some searching but can't find any instructions on how to get the bookmarks in Edge. 

It's a many-paged document, and thumbnails are functionally useless.

Am I missing something?
