Passkey Sync from Microsoft Password Manager in Edge to Windows Hello plugin availability?
When the Passkey syncing feature in Edge using Microsoft Password Manager was unveiled, it was also announced that a plugin would be made available to sync the Passkeys to Windows devices for other browsers and apps to use:

Is the plugin available somewhere to test? I have searched Settings and Edge Extensions store but no success. Anyone here with an idea on same?

It seems the plugin is already installed in Windows11. When a dialog box for creating a passkey appears in browsers other than Edge, we can now select MSPM(Microsoft Password Magager) as the location for creating the passkey. However, creating the MSPM passkey fails because they(*1) don't yet know the interface and methods to use the plugin correctly.
*1: ex. Chrome, Firefox and others
Also, Windows Hello is no longer displayed as the loation for creating the passkey. Therefore, we can't create any Windows Hello passkeys.
