Option to completely remove Microsoft News Feed

 There IS a remedy for this.  Make Bing.com your Startup page.  It CAN BE want you want, NO Feeds period, NO whatever you don't want, menu bar, picture, it's all up to you.  Could turn photo off, as well, but, anyway, here's an example.  It IS what you are wanting.  Personally, wanting the same as y'all, this IS, indeed, what I use, myself, except, usually with the Menu bar, circled in red, shut off.  For Feeds, this isn't Off, with scrolling... this is Off & GONE.
