Opening In Private Window opens additional Regular Window

If Edge is not open and you right-click on the task bar icon selecting 'New In Private Window', it will open the In Private Window, but also a regular window as well.  I am able to duplicate this 100% of the time.

If a 'regular' window is already open, opening an In Private will create an additional regular window.  Just when there are no other windows open.

    DOS_Lover Thanks for reporting this! If you're still experiencing this, I have a couple of questions for you:

     

    1. What channel(s) and version(s) is this happening in? (You can find that info at edge://settings/help)
    2. Is there any difference in behavior between https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download?
    3. Does signing in or out of the browser change that?
    4. If you haven't yet, can you please submit detailed feedback and diagnostics through the browser? (Shift+Alt+I or "..." menu > Help and feedback > Send feedback)

      Pretty much every single version so far. 

      Currently using: 

      Version 85.0.564.44 (Official build) beta (64-bit)
