NTP UI not working correctly when custom background is set
The Lower bar of the NTP gets disoriented when a custom photo is set as background. I am on Edge Canary version 83.0.474.0

It's not happening to all locales though. maybe only happens for one of the India locales or it's a cache problem Version 83.0.474.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
