NTP is different when internet is disconnect
I using Edge Beta(78.0.276.20) and NTP mode setting is set to "Focused"(And search engine is Bing) but when internet is disconnect NTP is different.

Yes I'm seeing the same behavior on Edge insider Canary.
I think it's a normal behavior. since Edge has no access to the Internet to check for new Bing daily picture or news feeds, it uses the default picture and a different NTP mode.
