Now you can Hide the Feedback Smiley button in Edge insider Canary!

Yup, the new option has just been added in the latest update

Version 79.0.298.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

 

could it be interpreted as a sign that the Final version of this new Edge browser is close? maybe.

    The UI still needs more work before it's ready. It still looks like a chrome wannabe rather than edge browser.

      I fully agree. The Gui is way from done if MS wants us to use this browser.

      There is no chance whatsoever that it will replace edge classic for us without improvements
