No Theme Selection

Hello, I'm using Microsoft Edge on MacOS High Sierra. My Edge version is: Version 90.0.818.46 (Official build) (64-bit). When I tried to change the theme, I couldn't find the Theme drop down box in Appearance. (Please ignore the custom theme, as it only changes the tabs part.) If you can help me thank you so much!
