No pause, resume or stop showing in downloads section

Hi.

Can someone tell me when downloads start why it is not showing pause, resume or stop button. it is not even showing download speed, or cancel.

using latest dev build of edge browser.

is this a bug..?!
Edit: i just checked and in stable build everything is fine, seems like a bug in dev build..
