New tab page keeps loading until it shows a generic page with Edge logo (Dev channel)

Hi, I've been using the search tool but couldn't find a similar thread, apologies if I'm reporting something already reported.

So, when I click on the plus (+) or hit Ctrl+T to create a new tab, it gets stuck on trying to load all the personalization that I made on the new-tab page until it gives up and loads a generic page with the Edge logo:

This happened starting build 81.0.410.1, I tough it was gonna be fixed in the next release 81.0.416.3 but no luck.

I suppose that it's already fixed since in Cannary channel this doesn't happen.
