New tab mouse position

Is it just me or does the latest update i received today (Version 86.0.622.3 (Official build) dev (64-bit)) have a slight difference in how you open a new tab, normally (and in the previous version on another computer) i would push my mouse towards the plus sign and it would go to the very top of the screen and i would click and the new tab would open, however now with the latest update my mouse pointer has to be a few pixels lower in order to get the plus sign to open a new tab. 

 

Seems like a small thing but its quite annoying.
