New option in Settings: Toggle DevTools Shortcut Key

Hey everyone,

Microsoft Edge Canary build 89.0.726.0 introduced several goodies, one of them being an option to toggle DevTools using the F12 Keyboard shortcut. Makes sense because again, not all are using Developer Tools.
