[NEW] A flyout on clicking the vertical sidebar switcher button

I like it, there is also an option to add all tabs to a new collection. that's a great thing.
Just an idea: there is a workspaces button in top left corner (A/B tested by MS). Add this all vertical tab switcher button including it's flyout options into that workspaces button. Doing so could help to not clutter the browser with many buttons and better organizing.

Also: It's name has been changed into Tab actions menu
I think it's a misleading name, coz it's a button and not a menu. Yes a menu pops up on clicking this Button.
