Need more granular Edge sync settings

Edge sync settings are great, EXCEPT there are certain locations where I don't want my startup pages to be the same.  I want passwords, history, bookmarks, etc... sync'd but NOT startup pages.  At home I want different startup pages than at the office.  At the office, I want different startup pages on my desktop than my laptop.  With Edge, however, it's all or nothing with settings sync.  This just shouldn't be this difficult.  I end up using batch files to start Edge rather than its icon just to avoid this.
