Native Notifications

Are native notifications currently available in Edge Dev? I am still seeing the non-native chromium-style notifications even if I switch the flag for native notifications to "enabled". I do get native notifications when using the official Chrome browser though.

    Hi,
    native notifications, aka notification banners sometimes show up in the action center of my Windows 10, but only when Edge is open, when closed nothing is shown.
    Version 80.0.341.0
