my collections ext opens so slow now & way to slow to add things how can this be fixed?

hello i am a 1st time user asking for help here.

my collections used to work fast then it just started to open way to slow 

and very slow to add anything to it and after finally able to add something it takes long to add or open a collection. I already had.  

what can be done to make it work normal again?

these I have tried several times eash. 

1st do a reset for edge which did not help.

2ed I opened trouble shooter then program compatibility and selected edge and used the different. choices. there to see if those would fix edge and then maybe help speed up collections but that did not help.

3rd unopened apps and modified edge and reinstall and that did not help.

is there anyway to fix this?

and my CHATGPT wont sign in now. theres a blue sign in and when I click the area in that box just turns white and nothing else there to click on

how do I fix this to?
